Director, Customer Education & Training - Realtor.com® at Move

Roger Stewart's work experience includes a variety of roles in different industries.

From 2017 to the present, they have served as the Director of Customer Education & Training at Move, Inc. In this role, they lead a department that provides national training and support to multiple listing organizations and enterprise-level broker customers in the real estate industry. Roger delivers instruction and coaching to training and support staff, helping them effectively utilize available tools for maximum efficiency and profitability.

Prior to this, Roger worked as a Training & Communications Manager at Move, Inc. from 2011 to 2017. In this position, they were responsible for nationwide MLS staff and membership training for realtor.com's "Find" product, a national property research tool for real estate brokers and agents.

Alongside their work at Move, Inc., Roger has also worked as a Freelance Voice Talent since 2011. Roger provides professional voice work, production, audio book, training and corporate video narration, as well as live webinar training and keynote presentations.

Before transitioning to the real estate and voice over industry, Roger had a background in SCUBA diving. From 2006 to 2021, they owned a private SCUBA training company called SCUBA-AZ and served as a staff instructor at Saguaro Diving & Sports. Roger was responsible for providing dive instruction to divers of all levels and certifications, including instructor development courses.

Roger also has experience as a business owner and director. From 2004 to 2012, they were the Director of Operations at Liquid Capital Investment Properties inc., where they managed real estate investment projects from conceptualization to completion. Additionally, they owned and operated First Aid-AZ, where they provided primary instruction in first aid and CPR from 2007 to 2014.

In the early 2000s, Roger worked as a Training/Security/IT Consultant at ValueOptions and as a Project Manager/Consultant at Qwest Communications. In these roles, they developed and delivered training programs and managed various technical projects.

Roger began their career at Verizon Wireless as a LAN Administrator and quickly moved up to become a Regional Network Administrator. Roger was responsible for network administration across the company's largest region, overseeing budgeting, hardware and software licensing, and network support.

Throughout their career, Roger has demonstrated strong leadership, instructional, and project management skills in various industries.

Roger Stewart attended Gilbert Leadership - Class XIX from 2010 to 2011. Roger also attended Scottsdale High School from 1980 to 1983. In terms of certifications, Roger obtained the following certifications: Human Leadership, Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews, The Neuroscience of Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness, Top 10 Rules for Highly Effective Leadership, Delivery Tips for Speaking in Public, How to Inspire and Develop Your Direct Reports, Speaking Confidently and Effectively, and How to Stop Wasting Time in Meetings from LinkedIn. Roger also obtained the Ordained Minister certification from the Universal Life Church in 2005. In addition, Roger obtained the Instructor Trainer (IT) Course Director certification from SDI TDI ERDI in 2015, and the Instructor Development Course (IDC) Staff Instructor certification from PADI in 2011. Roger also holds certifications as an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, a Notary Signing Agent from the National Notary Association, and a USCCA Certified Range Safety Officer from the United States Concealed Carry Association.
