Nitish Shah is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at WorkInSync since July 2015, Nitish has held various roles including Associate Director of Customer Success and Operations Manager for Project Implementation across different regions. Prior experience includes a Corporate Account Executive position at Key Information Technology LLC, where consultative account management and relationship-building with clients were key responsibilities. Nitish also interned in recruitment at Endeavor HR Pvt. Ltd. and contributed to business development as a Senior Engineer at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. Nitish holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering.
