Rachna Gyanchandani

Rachna Gyanchandani is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success and sales management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at MoveInSync since October 2021, Rachna is responsible for customer relationship management, contract renewals, and issue resolution. Previously, Rachna held key management roles at various companies, including Sales and Store Manager at THE GEM PALACE LTD, where focus was on customer loyalty and stakeholder relationships, and Sales Manager for the Food Department at Umang Pharmatech, promoting brand presence through international partnerships. Additional experience includes leadership in corporate gifting at Under The Mango Tree, managerial duties at Gourmetco Retail Pvt Ltd, and sales management at The Gem Palace and Red FM.
