Yoni Landau has a diverse range of work experience. Yoni is currently the CEO of Movement Labs, a position they have held since January 2020. Yoni is also the owner of Movement Labs since May 2018. Yoni is a board member of the Central Valley Empowerment Association since September 2019.
In their previous roles, Yoni was the Principal of Public Results from October 2015. During their time there, they designed and launched services for the State of California's CalFresh Customer Service Learning Collaborative, as well as for CRED: Consulting Rating and Evaluation Database, a non-profit rating agency for government IT vendors.
Before Public Results, Yoni founded Rapid Resist in February 2017, which is a text-banking platform for activists in conservative areas. From May 2015 to October 2015, Yoni served as the Interim Executive Director at Inequality Media. Yoni also worked as an Associate at Double Bottom Line Investors from July 2014 to August 2014. Yoni was a Performance Management Associate at the White House Office of Management and Budget from May 2014 to July 2014. During their time there, they supported implementation and strategy for cross-agency customer service improvements.
Yoni co-founded Cooperative Food Empowerment Directive (CoFed) in September 2009. CoFed is a national network and training program for student leaders growing cooperative, sustainable food businesses. Yoni was also a Program Consultant at the Parker Street Foundation from May 2011 to August 2012, where they facilitated a strategic planning process for a private foundation focused on community development. Additionally, Yoni co-founded the Berkeley Student Food Collective in March 2009, a student-run business centered around food justice.
Yoni Landau pursued their education with a focus on business and music. Yoni obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music from the University of California, Berkeley. Later, they attended the Yale School of Management from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In 2010, Yoni Landau also engaged in a program called the New Leaders Council, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this experience.
