James Rees

James Rees is a seasoned technology and product development professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles. As a Co-Founder at Movement since March 2022 and at ChangeLab since July 2018, James has focused on proposing, designing, and implementing innovative products for diverse clients. Previous roles include Product Engineer for advanced email analytics at SumOfUs, where James utilized Ruby on Rails and ReactJS, and led the design of a decentralized action tool for Organise. As Chief Technology Officer at 38 Degrees, James oversaw the technology platform and managed multiple applications and data warehouses, combining technical expertise with strategic campaign management. James holds a BA 2.i in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge.
