Kymberly Penson

Kymberly Penson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director of Customer Success at Moveworks since August 2020, Kymberly has progressively advanced through multiple positions, including Manager and Enterprise & Strategic Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Box as Mid-Market and Corporate Customer Success Manager, and participation in BreakLine Education, an initiative aimed at transitioning veterans into technology careers. Kymberly's military background includes significant leadership roles in the US Army from 2006 to 2012, notably as Rear Detachment Commander and Executive Officer, demonstrating strong operational and strategic capabilities. Kymberly holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Arizona State University.
