Leda Mingas

Leda Mingas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Supervisora de Contratos and Técnica Superior da Direção Jurídica e de Regulação at Movicel Telecommunications since October 2010, Leda has also contributed as a guest speaker on "Procedimentos Disciplinares" at Universidade Lusíada de Angola. Previous roles include working as a legal intern at Escritório de Advogados Orlando Rodrigues, Ordem dos Advogados de Angola, and Escritório Inglês Pinto e Associados, where responsibilities ranged from legal consultancy, contract negotiation, and court assistance to drafting legal opinions. In academia, Leda served as an assistant professor of Tax Law and International Trade Law at Universidade Lusíada de Angola. Leda holds a Master’s degree in Legal and Business Sciences from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Católica de Angola.
