Safwaan Husain

Safwaan Husain is a digital marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager - Digital Marketing at Moving Walls since June 2022, Safwaan previously co-founded Hydra Inc Private Limited and held the title of Digital Guru from December 2020 to November 2021. Previous positions include Director - Digital at Sparks Innovations (Pvt) Ltd. and Consultant - Digital Media at Trumps Digital Ventures, where significant client wins were achieved. As Director - Digital Media at GroupM from September 2014 to June 2018, Safwaan established one of Sri Lanka's first recognized digital marketing teams. Earlier roles at Mindshare UK as Account Executive involved optimizing websites for prestigious clients. Safwaan holds an MBA from the University of Colombo, a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from Sheffield Hallam University, an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, and completed A Levels at Burhani Serendib School.
