Mike Edwards has a wealth of experience in professional services and customer success. Mike began their career in 1999 as a General Manager & Business Analyst at Spectrum Brands. In 2006, they became the Owner/President of Midwest Business Services LLC. In 2012, they joined Movista as the Sr. Director of Professional Services and later moved into the role of Sr. Director of Customer Success. In this role, they managed Movista's proprietary field execution and management solution MVMobile, which was designed to mobilize teams and give managers a window into operations at the store level.
