Remigiusz Rybarczyk

Remigiusz Rybarczyk has a strong background in IT and applications delivery. From September 2018 to present, they have been working as the IT Director for Mowi ASA, leading their IT department for Central Europe. Prior to this role, from February 2018 to August 2018, they served as the Applications Delivery Lead for Mowi CE. From September 2013 to August 2018, they were the IT Manager for Mowi Poland S.A. Remigiusz also has experience as an ERP Business System Analyst at ISO-NET Sp. z o.o. from May 2009 to August 2013 and as an ERP Consultant at PROKHARD Sp. z o.o. from August 2007 to March 2009.

Remigiusz Rybarczyk obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Management and Engineering Production from Poznan University of Technology from 2002 to 2007. In 2017, they completed Postgraduate Studies in Leadership in Innovation at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Remigiusz is currently in the process of completing Postgraduate Studies in Business Digital Transformation at Kozminski University, which started in 2022 and will end in 2023. Additionally, Remigiusz Rybarczyk has obtained various certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I, AgilePM® Foundation, and Digital Transformation: From AI and IoT to Cloud, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
