Kaia-Joye Wesolowski

Kaia Joye Wesolowski is an experienced professional in educational program development and environmental communication. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Experiences at MOXI, The Wolf Museum of Exploration + Innovation since November 2016, Kaia has held multiple roles within the organization, including Associate Director of Education and Learning Programs Manager. Prior to that, Kaia worked as the Development Communication and Outreach Coordinator at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at UC Santa Barbara and as a TURF Small Scale Fisheries Design Consultant for the Environmental Defense Fund. With a strong background in marine science and education, Kaia has also taught as a NAUI Dive Instructor and held various positions at Guided Discoveries and Living Classrooms of the National Capital Region. Kaia holds a Master of Environmental Science and Management from UCSB, a Professional Certificate in Museum and Free Choice Learning from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Emory University.
