Catherina Lugauer

Catherina Lugauer has extensive experience in organizational development and management consulting, currently serving as the head of a team focused on IT project support and change processes in public organizations at moysies & partners since July 2017. Catherina began in this role in 2020, previously contributing to public sector consulting projects since 2017. Prior to this, Catherina held various positions including Senior Consultant and Business Analyst at Dussmann Group, and Research Analyst at Market Logic Software, where project work centered on software consulting for international market and marketing research. Catherina Lugauer holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Potsdam.
