John Glueck

Legal and Compliance Leader, Americas at Mozarc Medical

John Glueck has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John started their career in 2000 as a Corporate Counsel at Conair Corporation, where they managed various legal matters including commercial agreements, litigation, and employment-related claims. In 2008, they joined Covidien (now Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) as a Senior Corporate Counsel and later became a Senior Legal Director, providing corporate and compliance advice to the business.

In 2017, Glueck moved on to AxoGen, Inc. as the Assistant General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Assistant Secretary, overseeing legal department functions and compliance matters. John then served as General Counsel & Company Secretary to Cogstate Ltd. and its subsidiaries in 2020, where they were a member of the executive team.

In 2021, Glueck joined Axiom Law as an Attorney, where they provided in-house legal support to clients such as Medtronic and CSL Behring. John also served as interim Chief Counsel to Medtronic's Renal Care Solutions operating unit. In 2022, they transitioned back to Medtronic, this time as the Lead Counsel for the Renal Care Solutions global business, in preparation for the spin-off into Mozarc Medical, an independent company jointly owned by Medtronic and DaVita Inc.

Currently, Glueck holds the position of Legal and Compliance Leader, Americas at Mozarc Medical, where they bring their expertise in legal and compliance matters to the company's operations across the Americas region.

John Glueck completed their education in a chronological order. John started their academic journey in 1988 and concluded it in 1998. From 1988 to 1992, they attended Fordham University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science. John subsequently continued their education at Fordham University School of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from 1995 to 1998.
