Chloe MacKie

Chloe MacKie currently serves as the Product Lead for Regulatory Strategy & Market Growth at Mozilla and is the Founder and Chief Product Officer at Exploration X. Previously, Chloe held the position of VP of Products at CharlieHR and was the VP of Product at Barclays Lab from May 2018 to December 2022. Chloe co-founded DOOZY, a social platform for virtual teams, and has significant experience in product leadership with roles at Kahoot! and Yieldify, where Chloe was promoted to Lead UX Designer. Chloe's earlier career includes co-founding WAJOL and serving as a Digital Communication Executive at Ogilvy & Mather. Chloe holds a degree in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online and has studied at the University of Nantes and University of Paul Sabatier in France.
