Stefanie Zander

Stefanie Zander is a seasoned professional in people operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Global People Operations Manager at Mozilla since September 2024, Stefanie's previous roles include Senior Manager People Operations at Spryker and New Hire Experience Manager for EMEA & APAC at Wayfair. Prior to these positions, Stefanie worked at PayPal as an EMEA & APAC Employee Development Specialist, and held multiple HR-related roles at Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK. Stefanie co-founded DUCKSPRINT Werbe- & Eventkonzepte UG, showcasing entrepreneurial skills. Academically, Stefanie holds a Master of Science in Human Factors from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. Additional educational pursuits were undertaken at Louisiana State University.
