Khawlah AlSalem has a varied and extensive work experience, beginning in 2016. In that year, they co-founded and served as the Marketing Lead for the Tutoring Center at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. Khawlah also founded and served as President of the Maatharah Student Association. In 2017, they worked for SAUDI PAYMENTS as an IT Operations and GRC Trainee, and for Fintech Saudi as an Ecosystem Developer and Relationship Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they were Co-founder and Business Development Manager of Pop Up Yoga KSA, where they also handled Digital Marketing and Brand Management, and Product Management. In 2021, they took on two roles: Business Development Executive and Senior Business Development Specialist at Mozn, and Business Operations Specialist at ahb.sa. In their roles, they have handled B2B and B2C Design Services, B2B SaaS Compliance Product, Financial Markets Institutions, and Government sectors, and has been responsible for managing and building strong working relations with all clients, representing the company at trade organizations, developing strategies for strengthening client relationships and customer retention, setting digital marketing strategies and campaigns, shaping communication, branding and product positioning, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, assessing current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation, ensuring that the product achieves product-market fit, conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, managing the budgeting and financials, and rapidly executing initiatives to develop a fintech ecosystem.
