Cécile Oumansour has a diverse work experience in the fields of strategic planning, creative strategy, branding, and coaching. Cécile started their career in 2012 as a Strategic Planner at Publicis Consultants, where they developed strategies and conducted research for various projects. In 2013, they worked as a Project Manager at Leo Burnett Group, overseeing different advertising campaigns. Cécile then joined Le Groupe La Poste as a Brand Manager, responsible for managing the brand's image and marketing activities. In 2014, Cécile joined tequilarapido, where they worked as a Strategic Planner, providing strategic guidance and developing communication strategies for brands. During their time at tequilarapido, they also served as the editorial and strategic lead for the tequilarapidoblog. In 2016, they briefly worked as a coaching MBA at EDHEC Business School. From 2017 to 2022, Cécile worked as a Senior Strategic Planner at GROUPE M6, where they played a key role in developing strategic plans. In 2022, they joined Mozoo as a Creative Strategist and later took on the role of Strategic Planning Manager.

Cécile Oumansour obtained their master's degree in Global Communication of Brands and Companies from the Institut supérieur de communication (ISCOM) between the years 2010 and 2012. During their studies, they specialized in the field of Behavioral Trends in the Digital Domain. Subsequently, they pursued their education at INGÉMÉDIA, where they completed their Master II in Media Storytelling from 2012 to 2013.
