Holly Raymond O'Neill

Holly Raymond O'Neill is an experienced professional in demand response management, currently serving as the Manager of Demand Response at Shell Energy since October 2021 and holding the same title at MP2 Energy LLC since August 2018. Previously, Holly contributed to ERCOT as the Co-Vice Chair of the Demand Side Working Group from February 2019 to February 2021. Prior positions include Account Manager at CPower Energy Management from November 2014 to August 2018 and Associate in Contract Administration at Constellation Energy from October 2009 to October 2014. Holly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Sam Houston State University, completed in 2009.
