Moritz Fuhrmann

Moritz Fuhrmann has extensive work experience in finance and shipping. Moritz is currently the Chief Financial Officer at MPC Container Ships ASA since December 2022. Previously, they worked at Hayfin Capital Management LLP as a Principal from January 2022 to November 2022, and as a Senior Associate from October 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at DVB Bank SE, including Assistant Vice President in the Credit and Asset Solution Group from January 2018 to September 2018, and in Shipping Finance from November 2016 to December 2017. Moritz also worked in Shipping & Offshore Credit from January 2016 to October 2016, and in Shipping Finance from January 2015 to December 2015. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Investment Banking Intern at Credit Suisse from February 2014 to September 2014, and as a Corporate Advisory Intern from August 2013 to January 2014. Moritz started their professional journey as a Trainee at Andreas J. Zachariassen Schiffahrtsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG from August 2009 to January 2012.

Moritz Fuhrmann completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Shipping, Trade & Finance at Cass Business School from 2012 to 2013.
