Nicolas Philippe

Nicolas Philippe has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Nicolas is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Mperativ since April 2021. Prior to this role, they founded and owned NPVTech, LLC., where they provided software solutions for personal security and mobile applications, specializing in iOS development, infrastructure and product deployment, and machine learning.

Before starting their own company, Nicolas worked at ForgeRock as the Director of Engineering for Identity Products, overseeing the engineering team and managing product releases. Nicolas also worked as a Software Engineer at ForgeRock, leading the development and integration of an OEM offering for a Fortune 500 company.

Earlier in their career, Nicolas worked at Oracle as a Security Analyst, creating frameworks for identity management services. Nicolas also served as a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, leading the OpenSSO deployment engineering team and acting as a liaison between product engineering and professional services.

Nicolas began their career at Sun Microsystems, where they held various roles including Technical Lead for the Deployment Engineering group and Systems Engineer for both Access Management Services and Advanced Technologies. Nicolas provided technical expertise in identity management systems, performance analysis, and directory services.

Before entering the technology industry, Nicolas worked at Visualcom as an Engagement Manager and Client Partner, responsible for designing and implementing solutions for internet business projects. Nicolas also served as an IT Manager at Finacor, managing the information system and developing financial software.

Nicolas started their career as an intern at Credit Agricole, where they designed and implemented an end-user interface for traders, improving productivity and real-time data transmission.

Throughout their career, Nicolas Philippe has demonstrated proficiency in various technologies, including iOS development, infrastructure and product deployment, machine learning, identity management, and financial software development.

Nicolas Philippe earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) from 1992 to 1996.
