Rachel joined MPG in October 2021. She is a passionate, values-driven, and visionary leader with experience in global multi-channel general management, sales, marketing, and P&L across public, private, private equity sectors.
Rachel’s last role was Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Digital Commerce North America at EastPoint Sports, a leading private equity-backed sporting goods firm. In this role, her achievements included delivering an end-to-end digital commerce infrastructure with a solid go-to-market strategy and business model, creating a long term JBP relationship with Amazon, Walmart, and Target, and acquiring a top talent sales and marketing and digital commerce organization.
Rachel also held Vice President roles at Ferrero USA. As VP of Sales, Ecommerce North America, her core responsibilities were creating and executing a five-year strategy to deliver a $120 million business for the North America ecommerce channel across Pure Play, Omni, and Direct to Consumer. Rachel developed a full digital commerce infrastructure that positioned Ferrero to capture new consumers. As VP of Sales – Mass, Drug, Dollar, and Emerging Channel, Rachel challenged and reignited sales leaders to be action and results-oriented and led them to strategically plan, build, and deliver exceptional sales results.
Rachel also held several roles with Procter and Gamble, including Director of Sales, U.S. Ecommerce Channel. In this role, she increased the organization’s digital IQ and brought new capabilities to win in the ecommerce channel. She also led the Amazon business to become a top ten customer by delivering sales and profit growth for a $550 million business. Rachel was also Director of Category Sales, North America Baby Care at Procter and Gamble, during which she was the category leader for the $1.2 billion baby care business.
Rachel earned an MBA from Arcadia University. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University.
