Jaya Kiran Satish

Jaya Kiran Satish is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) with extensive experience in human resources across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and HR Head for Europe at Mphasis since April 2022, Jaya oversees global mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, Jaya held the position of Country HR Head for UK and Ireland at Wipro Limited and spent nearly two decades at HCL Technologies, where roles included EMEA Sales HR Lead, Director HR for Europe and South Africa, and HR Head for New Zealand. Jaya's expertise encompasses measuring productivity, capability development, and providing analytical insights to support business strategy. Jaya's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
