Pavan Goyal

Pavan Goyal serves as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President & Global Head of Infrastructure Services at Mphasis since July 2011, overseeing the Global Infrastructure services business with a focus on revenue, profitability, P&L management, and service delivery. Prior to this role, Pavan held the position of Vice President & Head of Quality and Service Delivery Excellence at Mphasis, focusing on operational excellence in the Infrastructure Outsourcing and BPO sectors. Pavan's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President & Vertical Head for the High Tech Manufacturing Industry at Wipro Technologies, where responsibilities included P&L management and IT service delivery, as well as business development for Technology Infrastructure Services in the USA. Pavan's career at Wipro also featured the role of National Channel Manager for the Software Products Division in India. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B.Sc. in Electronics & Communication from Aligarh Muslim University.
