Michelle Guzman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics and order management. Currently serving as Order Processing Manager at MPL Brands since January 2021, Michelle has led the Orders Department, focusing on operational excellence and high customer service standards. Prior experience includes roles at Bolloré Logistics as an Air Export Agent, where Michelle managed strategic accounts and showcased strong problem-solving abilities. As Air Export Manager at OTX Logistics USA, Michelle demonstrated dynamic leadership and innovative thinking, contributing to profitability and promotion. Michelle’s career began at Concordia International Forwarding Corporation as an Export Coordinator and included a foundational role at Singapore Airlines as an Import Office Agent. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from West Los Angeles College.
