Brian F. has over 10 years of experience in the corporate world. Brian began their career in 2005 working as a Business Development employee at Medical Systems Inc. In 2008, they joined Novartis as an MBA Intern in the Strategic Accounts Group. In 2009, Brian F. joined HCA Healthcare and held various roles over the next 10 years, including AVP - Finance & Operations - Operations & Service Lines Group, Senior Director in the Strategy & Innovation Group, Director in the Strategy & Innovation Group, Manager in the Strategy & Innovation Group, and Analyst in the Strategy & Innovation Group. In 2019, they became the CEO of Mployer Advisor.

Brian F. attended Episcopal High School prior to their college career. Brian then went on to pursue a BSM in Finance at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2001 to 2005. Afterward, they earned an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University from 2007 to 2009.
