Grey Sieczkiewicz

Grey Sieczkiewicz has an extensive work experience in the legal field, particularly specializing in intellectual property (IP) law. They founded Picket Fence IP, LLC in 2017, where they focus on providing IP protection strategies for life science endeavors and partnering with entrepreneurs and venture firms. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director and Chief IP Counsel at MPM BioImpact. Before that, they owned their own patent attorney practice at Assuerus Strategic Consulting, LLC. They also held roles as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Pronutria Biosciences, Intellectual Property Counsel at Flagship Ventures, Patent Counsel at Theracrine, Inc., and as an Attorney at Foley Hoag LLP, Proskauer Rose LLP, and Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo, P.C.

Grey Sieczkiewicz obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from the College of the Holy Cross in 1992. They then pursued a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology at Tufts University School of Medicine from 1992 to 1999. In 2001, Grey obtained the certification of being admitted to the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). They further pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Suffolk University Law School from 2001 to 2004. Recently, from 2021 to 2027, Grey completed their education by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Sustainable Agriculture and Green Chemistry from Yale School of the Environment.
