Lisa Kaplan

Lisa Kaplan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa is currently serving as the Head of Digital Platform at MPOWER Financing since March 2022. Previously, Lisa worked at Sallie Mae, where they held various roles. Lisa was the Vice President of Product and Sales Operations from November 2015 to December 2020, overseeing a $24B private student loan portfolio. In this role, Lisa led a team focused on analytics, digital strategy, application conversion rates, and competitive intelligence. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director of Product Management from December 2010 to November 2015, managing student loan maintenance, pricing, and fulfillment. Lisa also served as the Director of the Project Management Office from November 2007 to December 2010, leading end-to-end project management for corporate and product initiatives, as well as collaborating with teams across the company. Before joining Sallie Mae, Lisa worked as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Virginia Community College from September 2002 to August 2007. Lisa's early career includes a role as the Director of Product Data Management at CACI from September 1990 to September 2000.

Lisa Kaplan attended George Washington University where they pursued an MBA with a focus on Marketing. Prior to this, they also studied at Binghamton University, earning a BS in Computer Science. However, specific dates of enrollment and completion for both degrees were not provided.
