Silver Y.

Silver Y has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. They started their career as a Public Relations Associate at MSL China, where they managed social media accounts for clients such as IKEA and Singapore Tourism Board. They then worked as a Chief Web Editor at Affirma Grupo, where they developed and designed the company's website, managed social media accounts, and coordinated with clients for investment opportunities.

Silver Y also served as an International Education Consultant at PalmDrive Inc., where they provided guidance and support to students in their academic goals of studying in the United States. They assisted with college and graduate school applications by editing resumes, essays, and conducting practice interviews.

They later joined the US Agency for Global Media as a Multimedia Journalist, producing and editing multimedia content for the agency's social media platforms, TV/radio programs, and website. In this role, they also ensured smooth operation and broadcasting of daily programs.

Silver Y then transitioned to MPOWER Financing, first working as a Customer Engagement Analyst and later as a Senior Marketing Analyst/China Country Manager. At MPOWER Financing, they focused on leveraging a cross-border digital lending platform and big data to provide financial support to international and DACA students in North America.

Most recently, they worked at BOSS直聘 as a Business Development Manager before returning to MPOWER Financing as a Marketing & BD Manager.

Silver Y completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Publishing & Editing from Zhejiang Gongshang University from 2008 to 2012. They subsequently attended American University from 2013 to 2014 and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Strategic Communication. In addition to their formal education, Silver Y also earned a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in February 2019.
