Vivien Bevich has over 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Vivien began their career in 1993 as a Process Engineer at Motorola. In 1997, they moved to Ultratech as a Senior Field Applications Engineer, where they provided technical sales and marketing support, and fixed problems with newer pattern recognition alignment systems. In 2000, they joined Philips Semiconductors as a Senior Process Engineer, where they were the Project Team Leader of the Yield Pattern Improvement Team. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Emcore in various roles, including Solar Array Engineering Manager, EPV Operations Manager, and Senior Photolithography Process Engineer. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Electrical Power Systems Integrated Product Team Manager at Orbital Sciences Corporation. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Operations/Program Manager at United Technologies, where they introduced visual tracking to commercial and R&D program performance. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Senior Program Manager at Harris Corporation, where they were the point of contact for USN and FMS customer offices for repair of EW IDECM and ASPJ, and PM lead for IDECM future development projects. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Senior Program Manager at SRI International. Currently, they are the Director of Programs at mPower Technology, Inc.
Vivien Bevich has a varied educational background. Vivien obtained their BSc Honours in Optoelectronics with Laser Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in 1992. In 2004, they completed their MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix. In 2013, they attended UC Santa Barbara for Modern Infrared Detectors and Systems Applications. In 2014, they obtained a CFG 0202 C52 - Federal Acquisition Regulation and Cost Accounting Standards certification from George Mason University. Vivien also obtained a Graduate Certificate from Boston University Metropolitan College in 2016 and a Program Management Professional PMP certification from Program Management Institute PMI in 2012. Finally, they completed their Master's Degree in Project Management from Boston University in 2018.
