Maggie Sun has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Packaging Specialist at Goodyear Hall Package Center, where they were responsible for receiving packages from 5 large parcel delivery companies, scanning, labeling, and storing packages, and managing a database of over 500 customers. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Maison Kayser USA, where they were responsible for authorizing $2000+ daily transactions of in-store products, managing incoming food production and delivery of over 200 products in store, and training new employees. In 2016, they worked as an Operations Associate Manager at MPOWERD Inc., where they worked closely with the domestic and international 3PLs on order management to process and ship daily open orders, monitored the operational performance of the 3PLs, and maintained the EDI dataflow between SPS Commerce and Netsuite. Maggie also worked as a Sales Operations Coordinator at MPOWERD Inc., where they supported a team of 20+ sales reps by providing weekly sales reports, maintained all customer accounts in Netsuite, and assisted the Sales Team in sending samples, lead generation, order entry, and account set-up. Additionally, they worked as an Event Coordinator at UB Piano Club, where they advertised club information and events through social media, organized and hosted club concerts, and co-hosted weekly club meetings and practice sessions.
