Rishikesh Kondap

Rishikesh Kondap has extensive work experience in the field of business intelligence, data warehousing, and database administration. Rishikesh began their career at Sabre-Holdings in 1996 as a Database and Unix Administrator for TravelBase. Rishikesh later became the Lead Architect and Database Administrator for CentralCommand from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, they transitioned to the role of Manager, overseeing database, data warehouse, business intelligence, and web development. In 2007, Kondap joined JWT as the Director of Business Intelligence, overseeing database marketing, data warehousing, and reporting. Rishikesh then moved to Optum in 2013, where they worked as the Director of Business Intelligence, focusing on data warehousing, data integration, analysis, and reporting. Currently, Kondap holds the role of Vice President and Chief Data Officer at MPOWERHealth, where they are responsible for leading data-related initiatives within the company.

Rishikesh Kondap has a diverse education history. In 1986, they graduated from St. Vincent's High School. Rishikesh then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Following this, Rishikesh obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1993 to 1995. Rishikesh continued their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Highest Honors in Finance from The University of Dallas, which took place between 2002 and 2006. Finally, Rishikesh participated in a Graduate Certificate Program in Business Intelligence from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 2009.
