Jeff Ottosen

Jeff Ottosen is an experienced executive with a strong background in organizational leadership and operations within the Boy Scouts of America and financial services. Since July 2019, Jeff has served as the President and Chief Operations Officer at MPPL Financial, overseeing all operational aspects and human resources functions. Prior to this, Jeff held key leadership positions at various Boy Scout councils, including Chief Executive Officer at Samoset Council, Chief Operations Officer at Northern Lights Council, and Program Director at Inland Northwest Council. Jeff’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
