Steve Frank

Steve Frank has extensive experience in the financial industry, having worked at American General Finance as a Supervisor in Collections from January 2000 to January 2011. Steve supervised a team of mortgage collectors, managed scheduling, and ensured productivity goals were met. From February 2011 to July 2015, Steve worked at Springleaf Financial Services as a Manager in Transaction Resolution Group, handling a large portfolio of loans and assisting with loan sales negotiations. Currently, Steve is at Mr. Cooper, holding various roles in Servicing Integration and Risk & Controls, including AVP - Escrow, Tax/MI, Correspondent White Glove, Manager of Customer Correspondence, and Senior Acquisition Analyst.
