Henri Baanen

Henri Baanen has extensive experience in technical management and engineering, currently serving as Technical Manager at Mr. Marine since June 2007 and at Mr-elevator since August 2007. In addition, Henri is the Founder of The Beachcombers SA, focused on beachcombing projects and upcycling waste. As the owner of Pringle Bay Country Shop CC since April 2014, Henri undertook significant planning and permits to relocate to South Africa for this venture. Prior to these roles, Henri worked as a Service Engineer at thyssenkrupp Elevator and ThyssenKrupp Liften from 1993 to 2007, specializing in elevator service on ships and offshore rigs. Henri holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from 1st MTS in Rotterdam, graduated in 1988.
