Janine Zagorny has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Janine began their career as an Event Coordinator Intern at virtualnights:media ltd. in 2011. Janine then worked as a Student Assistant (Events) at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, where they supervised and coached student groups during the Event Module. Janine then worked at Hurricane Event Group as a MICE Event Coordinator Intern and later as a European Event Consultant.

In 2012, they joined Stage-Global, where they held the roles of Recruitment Coordinator and General Manager. As a General Manager, Janine was responsible for recruiting and matching individuals from different cultural backgrounds for internships and traineeships. Janine also managed and updated business operations and led a team of 2-3 employees.

Janine's next role was at WeWork, where they served as a Community Manager & People Ops. In this position, they were responsible for employee engagement, talent acquisition, HR inquiries, event management, business development, revenue planning, customer success, and sales.

Afterwards, Janine took a sabbatical and traveled to gain valuable experiences and recharge. Janine then joined Dashmote as a People & Culture Manager in 2020. In this role, they worked on developing the HR strategy, focusing on all stages of the employee life cycle and fostering a positive company culture.

Most recently, Janine joined MR MARVIS as the Head of People in November 2021.

Janine Zagorny obtained a diploma in Dutch Labor Law from Laudius in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma in HRM op hbo-niveau from Inholland University of Applied Sciences in 2020. Janine also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Tourism and Leisure Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012.
