Jesse Ferrera

Jesse Ferrera is an experienced collections and recoveries professional, currently serving as Head of Collections at Tenacity Financial Services (Pty) Ltd since January 2023. Previously, Jesse held multiple roles at Mr Price Group from May 2019, including Group Collections and Recoveries Manager and Collections Manager. Jesse's career began at Blake And Associates, where responsibilities included managing a collections portfolio and serving as Key Account Executive for a major furniture retailer. Additional experience includes roles at Ignitiongroup, where expertise was gained in the mobile telco and entertainment industry, and earlier positions in collections, which involved managing teams and achieving collection targets. Jesse holds a degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
