Pamela Falvey

Pamela Falvey has over 30 years of experience in various HR roles. Pamela is currently working as an HR Director at MRA - The Management Association, providing consulting support to member companies. Prior to this, they held positions such as Vice President Human Resources at ABB and Regional Manager Human Resources at Valassis Milwaukee. Pamela also has experience in managerial roles at Grant Thornton LLP and the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Academic Advisor at Alverno College and as a Manpower Specialist at the State of Wisconsin.

Pamela Falvey has a Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Pamela also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the same university.
