James Dees

James Dees is an experienced managing consultant specializing in semiconductor recruitment at MRL Consulting Group since March 2021, where previous roles include Principal Account Manager and Senior Account Manager. Prior to this, James worked at Grovelands as a Senior Recruiter focused on Programmes, Change and Transformation, as well as in various senior recruitment roles related to Compliance, Risk, and Wealth Management. James began a career in recruitment at Quest Recruitment Solutions International as an International Recruitment Consultant for Semiconductors and has also held positions in public service with Sussex Police and West Sussex County Council. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science from the University of South Wales.
