Christelle Roberts

Christelle Roberts is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in strategic planning and CRM management. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Planner at MRM UK since February 2022, Christelle has held various roles at Three UK, including three secondments focused on the Three+ App, PrePay Channel, and Mobile Broadband initiatives. Prior experience includes freelance CRM positions at Zen Marketing Ltd and L'Oréal UK, where Christelle developed comprehensive communication plans and managed email campaigns. With previous roles at GLOSSYBOX and PZ Cussons Beauty, Christelle has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing marketing strategies and campaign activation. Christelle holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Marketing from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, Advertising, and PR from Birmingham City University.
