Johannes Smith is an experienced executive and design professional currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at MRM UK since April 2024. Johannes co-founded Hugo & Cat in July 2001, where a focus on strategy, design, and technology drives the transformation of customer experiences for clients like Sony, Intermountain Health, and Marriott Hotels. Prior experience includes roles as a User Experience Consultant and Interaction Designer at marchFIRST, working with prominent clients such as McKinsey and Apple, as well as freelance work as a UX Designer for projects like the Millennium Dome. Johannes holds a degree in Information Design from the University of Westminster and completed programs in Venture Finance and Executive Leadership at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
