Business Development Manager Consumer Health at MRM Health NV

Rob Minnee has over 20 years of experience in business development, management, and consultancy. Rob began their career in 1999 as a Consultant for NBS&D. In 2001, they took on the role of Business Manager for Weight Management at DSM Food Specialties, where they had P&L responsibility and managed the global launch and growth of a new satiety ingredient. In 2007, they became Business Development Manager for Artemis International - Berryceuticals, where they focused on business development of Berry polyphenols as ingredients or final consumer products. That same year, they also took on the role of Business Development Advisor for TNO Quality of Life. In 2008, they became a Strategic Advisor and Shareholder for BioActor BV, a health ingredient company. In 2009, they became Owner of Red Tree Health b.v. In 2013, they became Business Development Manager for AimFirst b.v., where they helped customers with their integrated “Lead to Revenue” process. In 2020, they took on the role of Business Development Manager Consumer Health at MRM Health, where they focused on opportunities outside of the leading pharmaceutical Rx program. Finally, in 2022, they became Business Development Manager for ProDigest, the leading GI contract research provider. Rob currently serves as Owner of Minnee Management b.v., a consultancy and interim management business for life science industries.

Rob Minnee has a comprehensive educational background. Rob attended Fioretti College Lisse from 1981 to 1987, where they earned their Gymnasium degree. From 1987 to 1993, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and obtained their drs degree in Biochemistry & Marketing. In 2005, they completed a training course in Finance for Non-financial Managers at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Rob also attended IMD from 2003 to 2006, where they completed an Advanced Industrial Marketing course in 2003 and a Leadership Course in 2006.
