Ionela Vidrascu is an experienced Technical Project Manager Lead at MRM since February 2019, overseeing software development projects in e-Commerce and managing the PMO department. With a strong background in project management at Xerox and Vodafone, Ionela has effectively led the implementation of OCR digitization solutions and enterprise projects, enhancing customer relationships and driving efficient communication.
