Teresa Nord has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Teresa started their career at EDS, where they served as a Manager and was responsible for developing CRM strategies and managing large accounts. Teresa then moved on to eLoyalty as a Senior Principal, where they focused on client relationships, project delivery, and implementing CRM applications. Following that, they established their own consulting firm, Teresa Nord Consulting, where they provided expertise in CRM, process modeling, and customer service for General Motors.
Afterwards, Nord joined Wunderman as an SVP - Digital Account Director, where they developed and led interactive marketing programs for Ford Motor Co. Teresa then joined Organic as a Group Director of Account Management, where their responsibilities included launching and growing a major CPG client and developing brand strategies.
Most recently, Nord has been working at MRM as EVP, Customer Experience Strategy. In this role, they created the Customer Experience practice, built a team of Experience Strategists, and served a variety of clients including General Motors, Cleveland Clinic, and BASF. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP, Group Strategy Director, Experience Strategy at MRM and was responsible for leading the Experience Strategy team.
Throughout their career, Nord has demonstrated expertise in customer experience, innovation, brand strategy, CRM, and project management. Teresa has worked with notable clients such as General Motors and Ford Motor Co., and has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and driving business growth.
Teresa Nord attended Wofford College from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics.
