Lisa M. Menoche has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Lisa M. began their career in 1989 as a Front Desk Clerk at Marriott International, and subsequently held roles such as Account Manager, Executive Meeting Manager, Sales Coordinator, and Account Receivable/Front Desk Supervisor. In 2004, they became an Adjunct Faculty at Prince Georges Community College, where they developed and instructed courses on Catering and Banquet Planning and Event Planning. In 2014, they joined Mindtree for Marriott Intl. as a Senior Business Analyst and Team Anchor, and in 2018, they joined PRISM as a Senior Consultant/Sr. Business Analyst. During their time at PRISM, they developed and documented functional requirements, conducted business process analyses, and tested, trained, documented, and implemented applications. In 2020, they moved to myDigitalOffice as a Senior Learning and Development Manager, and in 2021, they returned to PRISM as a Senior Manager. Most recently, they joined mroads as a Business Systems Analyst in 2022.

Lisa M. Menoche holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Hospitality Management from Prince George's Community College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Bottom Line Project Leadership - Advanced Course from Bottom Line and Hotel Management.
