Cathryn Erickson

Cathryn Erickson is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in engineering and manufacturing. Currently positioned as a Program Manager at MRPC since April 2023, Cathryn previously contributed to Rockwell Automation as a Project Manager for the Manufacturing Engineering Portfolio from November 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Cathryn held a Program Manager role at MGS Mfg. Group from March 2018 to November 2021 and was a Project Engineer at Nestlé from July 2014 to March 2018. Cathryn's career began at Aptar, where roles included Project Engineer and Product Development Intern from January 2011 to July 2014. Cathryn earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Business, emphasizing Polymer Science, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and also studied at Copenhagen Business School in 2009.
