Waqas Khalil

Waqas Khalil has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Waqas started their career as a Consultant and Trainer at the University of Derby, where they worked on creating pilot applications and consulting organizations for mobile app development. Waqas then served as the Brand and Product Development Manager at Abevco Ltd. In 2015, Waqas co-founded and became the Managing Director of Lets Innovate Inc., focusing on disruptive IoT and wearable products. Waqas later worked as a Product Marketing Manager at PLUMgrid Inc., which was later acquired by VMware. In 2017, they joined Xgrid.co as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and later transitioned into the role of Function Lead - MarCom & Design. Waqas successfully launched valley-based clients and contributed to their market and social presence. Waqas then held various roles in companies such as Fiber Mountain, Securiti, and Green Lambda Corporation. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of LantroTech. In 2023, they are set to become the Chief Business Officer at MRS Technologies. Throughout their career, Waqas has demonstrated expertise in marketing, product development, design, and business leadership.

Waqas Khalil's education history includes a BSc degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Derby, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Waqas also pursued an MBA degree in Project Management from the University of Derby from 2010 to 2011.
