Ayu Lubis

Ayu Lubis is a seasoned professional with expertise in customer relationship management and supplier compliance within the agriculture and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Management Analyst and Program at PT. MRT Jakarta since September 2022, Ayu previously held significant roles at Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food, including Supplier Compliance Officer and Supplier Development Officer, where responsibilities included managing over 400 suppliers to ensure adherence to sustainable policies and developing programs to enhance supplier awareness of sustainable practices in the palm oil industry. Ayu holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health with a focus on Environmental Health from the University of Indonesia.
