Risa Imania is an experienced information technology professional with a background in system services, infrastructure, and technical support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Operation System Services & Infrastructure Specialist at PT. MRT Jakarta since May 2021, Risa also held the role of Information Technology Help Desk. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Support Administrator at PT. APIK Media Inovasi, as well as a Project Administrator at PT. Graha Karya Informasi. Risa’s earlier roles include positions as an Information Technology Support Officer at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, and IT support at PT. TEMPO INTI MEDIA. Risa holds a Gelar Sarjana degree in Informatika from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI', completed in 2019.
