Aline Alter Cotter

Aline Alter Cotter is an experienced professional in quality, health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as Plant Director - Global QHSE & CSR at MS BEAUTiLAB and Marvinpac since December 2021. Prior to this, Aline held the position of Head of Quality and was a member of the Extended Board at Univerre Pro Uva SA from January 2016 to November 2021, overseeing quality management across three plants. Aline's career also includes roles such as Stability Manager at Baxter International Inc. and various positions at BASF, including QC Supervisor and Lab Manager. Aline began professional training as an Ingénieur chimiste in the toxicological laboratory at ICHV and graduated with a degree in Analytical Chemistry from HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale. Additionally, Aline completed a CFC degree as a Laborantine en chimie from EIL.
