Christopher Rousseau, P.E. has over 20 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering. Christopher worked as a Project Engineer at NorthStar Engineering and Surveying, Inc. from 1996 to 2000, where they were responsible for facility planning and design for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Christopher also managed and coordinated residential and commercial land development projects. Since 2000, they have been working at MSA Professional Services as a Vice President. Christopher'sexpertise lies in wastewater treatment and collection systems, water treatment and distribution systems, stormwater management, and residential and commercial land development. Christopher has been involved in planning, design, and construction of various engineering projects, including water and wastewater treatment systems, stormwater treatment and conveyance systems, and environmental site assessments. Christopher is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota and Wisconsin and has held various professional affiliations, including serving as the President of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Christopher Rousseau, P.E. received their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of North Dakota in 1996. Prior to that, they attended Carlton High School from 1988 to 1992.
